We know that this might seem overwhelming, so we have asked previous Mission Impossible survivors for their top tips on how to get through the day in one piece!

Do as much as you can in the gym - double and triple classes will help to build your stamina for the day

Take at least one full day of rest before and after the challenge

2.

Take part in some strength classes in the run-up to the event if you don't usually

3.

Share our donation link on Facebook or email your colleagues at work to help us raise as much as possible

4.

PREPARE

Be prepared for plenty of showers and changes of clothes throughout the day

1.

Pace yourself - you don't want to give everything you have at 6am and not be able to make it through to 8pm

2.

Expect to feel exhausted between sessions - you will soon get back into it when you get warmed up again

3.

Leave the big meals for afterwards - focus on lighter meals and snacks to give you energy without weighing you down
